Hell is other people: I'm surviving hell right now.

My house: two attic rooms are used by artists who promise rent but never stump up.

Middle floor has 3 rooms full of kids left behind furniture and stuff.

Downstairs I'm overrun with dogs (other peoples')

Even my back garden is storing thousands of quids' worth of other peoples' plants.

I'm in there somewhere - barely keeping my head above the detritus.

.

Well, as long as you're having fun.

;)

Seems to me you must be having fun or you'd never have allowed all this to happen.

By the way......when are you going to stop calling yourself "Hermit???"

Pax!

The vicious Jack Russel bitch - the one in the pic I posted a week or so back - turns into a demon when in the proximity of the other dog so I have her in the kitchen with the door firmly shut. The softie springer spaniel has the front room with the passage as a cordon sanitaire between the two.

I've only got to keep him alive till Sunday.

And on Saturday the MIGHTY TIGERS start all over again in the top division of UK footie. I've had a 20 feet scarf knitted. It wraps around me neck like an anaconda.

This is completely off the subject. My sister raises English Springer Spaniels. Fun dogs if you can deal with the fur.

We had a coyote crap in our driveway once. I don't know how to tell whether it was "overly confident" or not, so I can't hazard a guess on that point.

Hoioray - both dogs returned to owners - both alive and healthy.

Crap in two rooms to clear up after it dries and hardens - not bad.

Got rid of the hairs over ever flat surface - vacuumed (*1st time in 18 months) the living room and installed a brilliant carpet.

Spent this morning making briquets (papier maches logs to burn this winter).

Life is my own again - I could almost insert a smiley.
