Im not so sure I can answer your "views",as we all have a view, but I am willing to help you with your questions also.

If you click on this link, you will find a forum that is somewhat of a support group for those deconverting/deconverted from Christianity. I would suggest, however, that you DO NOT go there unless you feel yourself definitely going down that path. If you aren't already, you might learn things there that will irreparably damage an already fragile faith. I've even seen more than one hardcore Real^TM Christian accidentally become deconverted there. If you are actually researching, you should check out both sides(anything else would be intellectually dishonest). However, if you are just looking for affirmation of faith, DO NOT go to the link I provided; stay here and you'll most likely get the help you are looking for.

If he feels he's heading that way, it's a good resource for him. They absolutely know what he's going through. I only suggest it, however, if he is SURE he's heading that way. If not, in his vulnerable state, whatever weak strands of faith he has could seriously be severed. I think you misconstrued my post, bella. My suggestion was he stick with sites like this one with the qualifier that those people know what he is going through and to only go if he's not afraid of losing faith.
