You could do it yourself by saving it to your computer.
You can do your avatar yourself here on the new improved site.
Just go to the upper left corner here and click on control panel and then to profile and then to edit avatar and you can plug one in from either your computer or a remote site like Photobucket.
You may have to resize the image to fit the 150X100 maximum.
I just experimented with it until something worked.

...But I can't seem to get any of mine to take effect. I edit the size and all of that and they still won't show up!
